FINDING RECORDINGS ON THE PANASONIC TVS

We are often asked where greetings are on  a voice mail.  The easiest way to  find them is to connect a laptop and enter the laptop programming.  In the absence of this equipment, program and cables, there is another way to find recordings if you don't have a list.  Go to the system managers mailbox

GREETINGS CUSTOM SERVICE MENUS
Call voice mail, #6 *998, password #, 5, 1 Call voice mail, #6 *998, password #, 5, 4
Start with  greeting 1 and listen to the greeting.  When it is done, press 2 to accept and then go to greeting 2, press 2 to accept etc.  This way you can make a list of each greeting recorded and then you can change them.  If the prompt says record menu at the tone, that means there is no recording on that greeting, press *1 to go to the next greeting.  Make sure you make a record of each greeting. Start with  Custom Service Menu 1 and listen to the greeting.  When it is done, press 2 to accept and then go to CS 2, press 2 to accept etc.  This way you can make a list of each CS Menu recorded and then you can change them.  If the prompt says record menu at the tone, that means there is no recording on that menu, press *4 to go to the next greeting.  Make sure you make a record of each greeting.
