How do I set up and use Call Screening on the Panasonic Voice Mail? 

(Lets you hear callers name before you accept the call)

Setting Call Screening

Canceling Call Screening

Enter your mailbox and password if used.

Press 4 (For Automated Attendant Status)

Press 1 (For Call Transfer Status)

Press 2 (For Call Screening)

Press *** (To Exit Voice Mail)

Enter your mailbox and password if used.

Press 4 (For Automated Attendant Status)

Press 1 (For Call Transfer Status)

Press 5 (To Disable)

Press *** (To Exit Voice Mail)

If you enable this feature, callers will hear;

"Record your name at the tone"

They say their name and the call is transferred to your desk

When your phone rings,  pick up the handset (or press SP-PHONE) and you will hear;

"You have a call from (NAME)"

"To answer the call, press 1. Otherwise press 2, and hang up"

To accept the call, press 1. You will be connected to the caller

To refuse the call, press 2. The caller hears;

Sorry, no one is available to answer the call.

Caller will then hear your greeting.
