KX-TD 816 & 1232 were increased to 500 numbers starting with the -4 software. Older versions were 00 to 99
Press Intercom- or CO-line button
Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE key
Dial the 2-digit/ 3-digit or 4-digit speed dial number depending on your system model.
Number will be automatically dialed

Pick up the handset or turn on dial tone
Press the * (STAR) key
Dial the 2-digit/ 3-digit or 4-digit speed dial number depending on your system model.
Number will be automatically dialed.
