Prompt 248 Good Afternoon
Prompt 819 Thank you for calling ABC Widget Company
Custom Service 1 If you know your party’s extension, you may dial it at any time.  For a staff directory press 2  For Address and Fax Information press 3  Or for immediate assistance, press 0

An out-of-the-box TVS 50 answers with the following system prompts.  You will want to customize these greeting for your company.

Prompt 248, Good Afternoon, Prompt 249, Good Evening, Prompt 250 Good Morning (You can turn these prompts off if you don't want callers to hear them, click here.)

The system then plays Prompt 819, Thank you for calling ABC Widget Company

The system then plays Custom Service 1, If you know your party's extension etc..

RECORD USER PROMPTS

Call the Voice Processing System

Press # (pound) 6, * (star) 998

Enter your password, then # (pound)

Press 5, 6

To Change User Prompt 1, press 1, 1 (Day Greeting)

To Change User Prompt 2, press 2, 1 (Night Greeting)

Enter the prompt number, 248, 249, 250, 819

Enter your password, then # (pound)

Press 5, 4

Enter the Custom Service Menu to be recorded.  You may have several menus.  You need to know your layout to record the correct menu or start at on e and listen to them until you reach the correct menu you wish to change.

When you are satisfied with recording, press * (star) * (star) * (star)  to exit or # (pound) 6 to go to another function
